Every billing period, your organization's subscription produces an invoice. Admins and Owners can view the full invoice history from Configuration › Billing, including a hosted copy of each invoice and its PDF.
Any member of the organization, not just Admins, can view the current plan and status - it's only invoice history and payment management that are restricted to Admins and the Owner.
